Canning
I tried canning for the first time today. It was just a water bath, I don't have a pressure canner. I tried three pints of tomatoes. I didn't want to waste a lot of tomatoes if it didn't work. Luckily all three of them sealed! I'm excited to do more. I really want to borrow a pressure canner and try it - if I like it, then maybe that would be a good Christmas present...

I love her chubby arms. I told Nick we have to visit you guys for a weekend while were living in North Carolina. I cant wait!
